Chanel 14S Black on Black Boy WOC

I never did a proper reveal on my Chanel 14S Black on Black Boy WOC that I got back in May (see my post Surprise from Chanel Boutique - San Francisco, CA) so this post will serve double duty as a belated reveal plus a mod pic from its maiden voyage...a shopping trip to Costco this afternoon!

Chanel 14S Fuchsia Lamb Rectangle Mini

After 15 weeks and 3 days has passed since the day I pre-ordered from Hirshleifers...my Chanel fuchsia lamb rectangle mini has finally arrived!!! Although the wait for this precious little bag was not so fun, there are some positives to having done the pre-order:

1) I was not subject to the price increase that happened on May 1st, which was $500.00.
2) Since I don't live in New York and there is no Hirshleifers in my state, my purchase was not subject to sales tax.
3) During the long wait, I shopped for matching nail polish and matching shoes, as well as outfits to wear with my little fuchsia lamb mini.

Surprise from Chanel Boutique - San Francisco, CA

Surprise! Yes, this was definitely a surprise for me...and I know it wasn't a gift from my husband. The return address on the box was from the Chanel Boutique in San Francisco, CA. The white ribbon and camellia are also tell-tale signs that this came from a Chanel Boutique. But what is it???

Sorry to keep you all in suspense...but I am going to include what's in this box in my 2014 Spring/Summer haul reveal that I will be posting next month at the latest! I'm just waiting for one more black box to arrive. :)

Chanel Black Reissue WOC + Bling Helmet = My Motorcycle Gear

Biker Bling is one of my favorite styles and it's what I wear on weekends when my hubby and I go on motorcycle rides. I'm usually sporting my bling flames half helmet and my new-to-me black Chanel distressed calfskin reissue WOC (wallet on chain) with antique gold hardware...which is a perfect, low profile, ultra convenient companion when riding on a motorcycle!

Chanel Orange Patent Leather Mini vs. CWC (Clutch with Chain) - Neiman Marcus

I visited my nearest Neiman Marcus today to look at a couple of Chanel bags that my SA held for me, an orange patent leather mini and a fuchsia patent leather WOC (wallet on chain). I brought along my orange Valentino rockstuds since I was looking for a matching bag (if you didn't know this already, I am matchy-matchy!)

When I arrived, I also saw an orange patent CWC (clutch with chain) that interested me and I decided to try it on and compare it to the orange patent mini. I ended up really liking both bags, but of course I had to choose only one. Which one do you prefer on me?

While I was in Neiman Marcus, the shoe department called my name...so I respectfully showed up and I tried on YSL Tribute sandals for the first time. Very comfy heels! I tried on the high heel and the mid heel and honestly, I could not really distinguish the comfort level between the two. They both felt very comfortable, stable and easy to walk around in. Even though I found the orange Tributes to be a perfect match with the orange Chanel, I decided not to get them because they didn't look as nice as the Valentino rockstuds did against my skin tone.
